Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
There's never a minimum; you may purchase any amount. There is, however, a $10 service charge for orders under $5,000.

How long does it take from ordering to receiving awards?
Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed.

How do we pay for orders?
We accept all major credit cards and company checks.

What if awards get lost?
Awards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired.

Can the award certificates be customized for my company?
The front of each certificate includes a congratulatory letter section to award winners. We would be happy to customize this section with your copy, logo, and executive signature for a one-time print setup charge of $150. Or, if you prefer, we can leave the letter portion blank for you to customize.

If we choose a package, can Marriott also provide airfare?
Unfortunately, we do not provide airfare. However, one of our Marriott Incentives Specialists will be glad to provide the name and number of the appropriate contact person with the airline of your choice.

Rather than pay more for a One-Night Premier Award, for example, why shouldn't I choose a special promotion at a local hotel for less, such as Stay for Breakfast?
Special promotional rates like "Stay for Breakfast" are not always available and restricted to a select number of hotels. Whereas, "Awards" have a much wider acceptance and a life of 15 months.
